Everyone needs a Beth Smith in their life.

Beth is such an amazing attorney. I was almost a bit sad when my case was successfully resolved as she became a very positive force in my life. When you are going through hard times, you need someone that is strong and knowledgeable but also supportive, kind, and encouraging. Beth is all these thing...s.

The Steady Hand Needed for a Lengthy and Complex Divorce

Beth Smith and her dedicated team (including Nicole and Tim) provided outstanding representation during an incredibly challenging chapter of my life. Beth possesses a unique ability to remain calm and composed while being a forceful advocate in the courtroom—a balance that proved essential in my comp...lex and multi-year divorce. Her strategic insights were instrumental in reaching a fair financial settlement, and her performance at trial secured an outcome that truly prioritized my children’s best interests and long-term safety. If you are looking for a lawyer in Princeton who is both a skilled strategist and a powerful litigator, I highly recommend Beth and her firm.

A true lifeline.

I cannot recommend Beth highly enough. I worked with her through a years-long, incredibly challenging post-divorce custody case, and from the very first consult, she understood that this wasn’t just a legal matter; my child’s well-being and future were on the line. Her work always reflected this. ...Beyond her absolutely brilliant strategy, she brings a rare combination of dedication and empathy. She listened carefully, understood the nuances of my situation, and approached every challenge thoughtfully. She doesn’t rely on a limited “bag of tricks”, she really is one of a kind and handles every situation with unmatched skill, confidence, and integrity. What sets her apart is how deeply she cares, not just about the case, but about the people involved. Even as the process stretched on for years through no fault of hers, Beth’s commitment never wavered. During the most intense moments, she remained calm, focused, and strategic. Her communication was always clear, and she made sure I understood every option. I always felt empowered and guided, never alone. Having Beth on my side was one of the best decisions I’ve EVER made, and I remain grateful every day for her guidance, expertise, and care.

Take your chances.

I used this office as a patently coordinator. What an absolute disaster. It caused way more problems than it helped. I can’t tell if the office is just incompetent or I’m being targeted on a long developing prank TV show. It’s that bad. From billing, to grammar and spelling errors on documents, and l...ack of two party involvement. The only reason this place earned one star is because they turned both my ex wife and me against them.

The best choice I could have made

I came to Beth after my first attorney had really disappointed me in my divorce. I was feeling broken and pessimistic about my situation. She helped me find my strength and helped me fight against a depraved and spiteful man. She was a calming and yet strong and knowledgeable voice in a dark time and... I felt she authentically cared about me and my children. With every court order and discussion and countless emails for advice, she kept me positive and sane. Thank you Beth! I truly appreciate you!
