I would first like to say that it is because of lawyers such as Elizabeth Schmidt of Alan Olson and Associates of New Berlin, Wisconsin that those who are truly disabled have a 'compassionate voice' (a voice that enables a client such as myself) to 'feel comfortable enough' to share ALL that was nece...ssary for Liz to present key and valuable information in order to win my LTD case. Not only did I find Elizabeth to be most friendly, but she is willing to 'nudge' her clients in the direction she feels is necessary to present a case that will ASSUREDLY end up being decided in her client's favor (as in my specific case) where my wife and I are now able to truly celebrate our recent win. Elizabeth is tactfully aggressive and assertive wents it comes to making sure that the 'INSURER' submits ALL of the company's relevant documents in a timely manner and she does not put up with unwarranted delays and the many questionable tactics insurers often attempt to use (tactics that could adversely affect a clients case.) I needed immediate representation and a firm that would quickly review my case, decide if I had a strong and winable case and then aggressively present my disabilities in a very well thought out and very coherent and easy to understand manner (which Elizabeth did) leaving no room for my insurer to escape the facts in my case. I only have high praise for my lawyers (specifically Ms. Schmidt and Mr. Olson) and without their tireless efforts in my case, I would not have received the 'just outcome' I was fortunate enough to end up with regarding my LTD case. It was their attention to detail (and the close communication they had with me throughout) that allowed us both to share KEY information that ended up winning OUR case. Without Mr. Olson first reviewing the information I provided him with (and then telling me that he was willing to take my case) I would not have received the rightful benefits my INSURER owed me (with my fight having been ongoing for nearly 15 months before my benefits were 'finally' reinstated). My wife and I were just about to lose everything we had worked our whole life to acquire. Now because of Elizabeth and Alan Olson of Alan Olson and Associates, we can continue living the life we always dreamed of. I have nothing but GREAT PRAISE for the representation I received. Without lawyers like you (who are willing to take on these Giants) many others, just like me, would have no chance of receiving the LTD they truly deserve.
