Eleni Pavlou

Elena Pavlou is a Washington, D.C.–licensed attorney and the founder of Venus Law, a boutique practice offering strategic and high-quality legal representation in civil disputes, business matters, agreements, and veterans law.

Elena regularly manages litigation and dispute strategy across multiple jurisdictions through pro hac vice admissions, including Massachusetts and Florida. Her practice includes contract disputes, complex civil litigation, employment matters, family agreements, and appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC).

Known for her detailed preparation, persuasive writing, and practical case strategy, Elena provides clients with clear guidance, transparent communication, and individualized attention. She handles discovery disputes, motion practice, negotiations, and litigation planning, while also providing comprehensive agreement drafting for individuals and families in transition.

Elena also represents veterans nationwide in CAVC appeals, focusing on rating errors, inadequate VA examinations, and Board misapplications of law.

Raised in Athens, Greece, and internationally trained in both the United Kingdom and the United States, Elena brings a global perspective to her advocacy. She graduated with honors from Birmingham City University with a perfect 4.0 GPA in American Legal Studies.
