Duane A. Kees

There aren't enough words in the english language to describe Mr. Duane Kees. I called Mr. Kees while deployed in IRAQ. He advised me from my Article 15 to the last day of my Court Martial. He always kept me informed on what was going on. He even went as far as explaining to me what to expect, knowin...g this because of his knowledge and history being a former Commissioned JAG Officer himself. I went through a horrible time with my Court Martial. Mr. Kees was not only my lawyer, but he became family. I highly recommend him. THX

Duane A. Kees defended me in a military court martial in April of 2009. Through his knowledge, professionalism and diligence I was able to maintain my rank and retire from the military as a Staff Sergeant. I was facing both going to jail and being kicked out of the military after having served 18 y...ears in the military. He made it possible for me to retire. I would recommend Duane Kees to represent anyone. He is a lawyer who is very passionate about his work and does the best job to represent you no matter if you were a Private in the military or a General.

Duane is a outstanding lawyer who knows both military and civilian law. Without the help of Duane I would not be where I am today in my military career. He is the best lawyer that I have ever worked with. He told me what outcome he was going for and he got and did exactly this I cannot think of a more professional lawyer. If you are a soldier looking for a lawyer with experience in the Military Justice system this is your lawyer you will not find another that has the knowledge and expertise in the Military justice system. He kept me informed on each and every step he was taking and he continued to fight to ensure that I did not get something I did not deserve. I cannot say more than without Duane's help my life could have went down a totally different path but he ensured that I didn't have to go down that road.
