Seriously underrated; he is professional, respectful and responsive. Daune let us know every step and every possible issue that could arise. Chapter 7 bankruptcy is a hard thing to accept and my wife and I had many questions. Duane was very pleasant to work with and was able to work around our bu...sy lives and kids. He made the process go as quickly and smoothly as possible. Making sure to follow up with us even after the case was closed. We would hire him again, but hope we won't have to.

We fired our first Attorney Firm and I believe God lead us to Duane. We had a somewhat complicated case in some respects and he worked very hard to get us into a chapter 7 instead of a 13 where he could have made more money. He was always there to answer any questions and incourage us to feel better... about this horrible situation we found ourselves in. We will always be very grateful for all he did for us.
