We are seniors who needed advice on estate planning and Dom Cavicchia answered our many questions and explained what documents we needed to assure our desires would be carried out as we age and/or become incapacitated. We were able to make an informed decision on what works best for our situation and Dom helped us with our durable power of attorneys and wills. We relocated from Kentucky to Kansas in August of 2020. We reached out to Graber and Johnson to handle our adult, autistic son's guardianship transfer. Dom was our attorney through this process, and he was thorough, communicative, and responsive every step of the way. Kansas does not have reciprocity... with other states guardianships -- so the process had many steps. But I never thought Dom wasn't on top of it or unable to answer my or my wife's questions on status/next steps. He helped keep the stress level low by his professional demeanor and transparency. Job well done.
