About Debby
Biography
In addition to Ms. Lin's admission to the State Bar of California, she is also admitted to practice in the Bar of Central District of California.
Ms. Lin's Arcadia-based law firm focuses on family law and unlawful detainers. She has had extensive training and knowledge in domestic violence and sexual assault in the family context. She has also represented litigants in domestic violence and custody hearings. Although her unlawful detainer practice is not solely limited to representing landlords, she has represented landlords in unlawful detainer hearings and successfully evicted the tenants on the landlords' behalves.
Prior to starting her own practice, she worked as a judicial law clerk to Federal Magistrate Judge Peter C. Lewis. She received a distinguished service award upon completion of her clerkship.
Ms. Lin graduated from California Western School of Law in 2011. She received her undergraduate degrees from University of California-Los Angeles where she majored in Economics/International Area Studies and minored in Asian American Studies and French.
Ms. Lin is an active leader in the Asian American community. In her spare time, she engages in Taiwanese American Professional and Asian Professional Exchange events.
Ms. Lin is a 3rd Dan black belt in Taekwondo and she plays the violin.
