Chapter 7

After a painful divorce I thought I could handle the debt on my own. When I realized that I wouldn't be able to, Deanna helped me with my chapter 7 bankruptcy so I could get back on my feet. She was a great choice, very knowledgeable and helpful.

In the difficult and trying economical times that we currently live in, even the most responsible person might find himself in the situation of having to seek out professional assistance in regards to their financial situation and to make the difficult decision of admitting that he might need to dec...lare bankruptcy. I found myself in that very situation and I sought the advice and council of Deanna Bachman. Coming into the situation I was very stressed, confused and lost; but Deanna Bachman quickly brought me to ease and made me feel more comfortable in regards to the current situation that I had found myself in. I found Ms. Bachman to be organized, extremely efficient and very accessible and easy to talk to. She took a very stressful and complex bankruptcy (one that included business and personal aspects) and made me feel more confident and relaxed than I had felt in a long time. I would recommend Deanna Bachman's services to anybody that might find themselves in the very difficult and stressful situation of deciding whether or not to declare bankruptcy. She did a wonderful job on our case,made process as easy as can be,she updated us on case as it progressed, we were over median income,and she got us to qualify for chapter 7,incredible job.

Bankruptcy isn't easy to deal with, but having a good attorney makes a huge difference

I met with Deanna on my birthday to talk about bankruptcy. I had been out of work for several months and had nothing left but debt. Deanna answered all of my questions and had a calming sense about her. There was no need to talk to anyone else -- she won my business. She guided me through the pro...cess, told me exactly what to expect, dug in when there were things that came up and kept me informed along the way. Very responsive via phone and email. At Ease

My experience with Deanna was the best it could be under the circumstances for being there. She made me feel comfortable and at ease with her knowledge and procedures of the bankruptsy process. She kept me well informed along the way as to what to expect next. She was very prompt in response to my in...itial email and every one following until my case was closed. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing services with financial difficulty.
