I hired him in 2019 and just a month after he never showed up to the hearing which resulted in a year license suspension, which I was not made aware of until I was pulled over and confused when the officer advised me it was. I attempted to contact at his office for a week before I was able to mak...e contact with him at which point he told me that he did send someone in his place; I accepted this advice, believing it was a clerical later to find out that he lied about sending someone. He failed to tell me a plea was offered until the very last minute He called me on a Sunday and during that conversation he became extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, he continued to berate me, using excessive profane language while telling me that “I don’t know sh*t.” He ended this phone call my saying, “I am going to file a motion to withdraw on Monday and I am no longer your attorney, I do not respect you and I don’t want that to influence me.” He then hung up on me. He did not file the motion to withdraw until November, however in October I was told I needed to be in court I arrived for my 9 o clock time however He did not, in fact he never showed up and I was allowed to leave the court at noon. When I went to his office and asked to speak with him the door was slammed in my face; as previously stated he then filed a motion a month later.
