Mr. Foley is a great overall attorney probably the best criminal defense attorney in Delaware (especially New Castle county area). I had a leaving the scene of accident (misdemeanor), and inattentive driving charge the day after Christmas. He keep me posted on my case every couple weeks and what he w...as going to be doing to try and get me the best possible out come for my case. Overall he got the leaving scene of an accident charge dismissed and inattentive driving charge to a no contest so I can avoid any potential civil suit in the future and got me to take defense driving course to get that charge dismissed as well. Great attorney overall.

Tom was a no-nonsense type of guy right from the start. That initially won me over. After hiring him and subsequently working with him, my initial impression of him proved true throughout. He worked to get me my best possible outcome on a 1st offense DUI charge, when I wasn’t necessarily required to ...receive such. His fee was very reasonable, and quite frankly, he saved my job. Worth every penny.

Before I go into my review of Mr. Foley, let me give some background on why I hired him: I just finished a high conflict custody case for my 4 y/o son, which lasted approximately six months. These six months were hell on earth as my son's mother filed multiple false allegations as a means to get... an advantage during the custody battle. Apparently, false allegations are more common than you may think during high-conflict custody battles, especially those involving alleged domestic violence. These false allegations were very, very serious (some of which were felonies) and even enabled her to get full custody of my son for a few months. Long story short, Mr. Foley was able to diligently get ALL charges dropped outright without me having to step a foot in the courtroom. Not once. This was obviously a very difficult and scary period of time for me. From the very initial interaction, Mr. Foley was incredibly professional, efficient and tactful when handling my complex case. He was quick to respond to phone calls and emails, even outside normal business ours. This is saying something because I was a very, very requiring client for those long six months. I can almost guarantee that, if I didn't hire Mr. Foley, I wouldn't be in the position I am now. Because of him getting all of the charges dropped, I was ultimately able to get 50/50 custody of my son which was all that I wanted from the beginning. I would highly recommend Mr. Foley to anyone experiencing anything remotely close to what I went through. He's got the background, experience and strategy to get you the most favorable outcome. He's the best around.
