David's rate made me wonder if I wanted to sign an engagement letter at first, but after going through with it I think it was well worth the cost. He's very knowledgeable, and looked at my case from more than one perspective to see if I had leverage I was not aware of (which I did, and knowing that w...iped out any doubt about whether I was being overly sensitive). He set clear expectations on what outcomes I could reasonably (and unreasonably) expect, so I was comfortable in making my decisions.
