Honest, straightforward and efficient counsel

David went out of his way to help me with legal advice for a tricky situation I was experiencing. I appreciate his promptness and attention to detail as well as the follow ups.

Practical, efficient advice

Responsive, knowledgeable, efficient and ethical. Was consulting with him from out of state regarding a CA litigation matter and he gave me a concise summary of what needed to be done to resolve it.

Excellent Labor Lawyer – Strongly Recommended

Excellent for Sensitive Employment Issue

I highly recommend David. We needed an attorney on short notice for a sensitive employment issue. He fit us into his schedule, understood our situation, keep his hours reasonable, was available after hours, and turned things around quickly. Importantly, he listened to us, gave clear, understandable ...advice and supported our decisions. I'd hire him again without hesitation.
