Utterly incompetent!

Utterly incompetent! David J. Sadegh didn’t know how to properly subpoena evidence something a 1st year law student would learn. His incompetence was so bad it led to one defendant getting a No Evidence Motion for Summary Judgment. I provided David with hundreds of pages of evidence including vide...o and cell text and phone recordings. David couldn’t even properly submit the evidence to the court, leaving it to not be admissible at trial. Ultimately causing my loss as a direct result of his failure to properly submit evidence. During the trial he was repeatedly reprimanded by the judge for being unprepared or not knowing how to handle evidence at trial. The judge at one point stopped the trial to reprimand him for his poor performance. Quoting the judge here directly from the trial transcripts “Go ahead and have a seat. Mr. Sadegh, I'm trying to give you every opportunity to present your case. I don't want to embarrass you in front of the jury, but, sir, you've got to move this along.” Then later “Counsel, I've been very patient with you. We need to get going.” And finally the judge in my case got so fed up she stopped the trial and reprimanded David J. Sadegh in front of the jury with the following. “Counsel I'm not going to show you how to lay a predicate. If you're going to introduce your recording, you need to lay a proper predicate or foundation for it. It's not my place to teach you how to do it. You have not laid a proper predicate.” David J. Sadegh was so bad his mistakes were actually cited in the 1st court of appeal judgement. When David J. Sadegh’s failure to properly submit evidence I had to file an appeal. As a result of David J. Sadegh’s failure to properly enter evidence or even collect it I lost the appeal too. The final judgement from the 1st court of appeals highlights the error that Sadegh made by submitting an insufficient affidavit and failing to properly admit the text messages and cell phone records that would have proved the claims against the defendants which resulted in the court upholding the trial court’s finding of no evidence to support my claim. I lost the entire case clearly as a result of David J. Sadegh not understanding how to properly submit evidence in a court of law. In the most damning example of David J. Sadegh’s incompetence, Quoting directly from the 1st court of appeal judgement. “A claim that does not create a cause of action recognized in Texas is something an attorney licensed to practice in Texas is expected to know and Sadegh should not have asserted the claim if it did not exist under Texas law.” That is a direct quote from the final judgement in my case. I relied on David J. Sadegh to provide an professional level of legal knowledge. Clearly he did not and both the original trial judge and the 1st court of appeals seem to agree with me. I am out nearly $90,000 as a result of David J. Sadegh’s utter incompetence. Think very carefully about engaging David J. Sadegh as your attorney.
