Monster David sho Ly! You know what you did to me! Keep me in jail to extort more and more money from my 70 years uneducated parents! Threatened me plead guilty to unlawful inprisonment!! You know I am innocent! You asked me how I could prove she lied?! Isn’t it a lawyers job to investigate and find ...out the truth?! And you asked me how I can prove she lied?! Are you kidding me? You don’t know anything about laws, and you threatened me plead guilty and sign a no contact order for life for me without my consent?! Not even let me out before sentencing court! ( I asked the judge to release me because my sentence was one month! And I had been in jail almost 4 months!! you told the judge I had an ice hold! I didn’t have a place to stay!!) you lied to my parents so they ended my lease w a power attorney paper then you can charged them for the paper too) is it because you can keep extra $30,000 you didn’t transfer back to my parents!! ( you only transferred $120,000 back while my parents transferred you $150,000 for my bail) they are old and uneducated! That’s why you think you can control them and keep me in jail to take extra $11,000, $30,000 and how much more you took from them!!?! I believe there are more than $8,000+ $11,000 + $30,000!!! I should have fired you in front of judge if I was not that calm!! You told judge I was emotional, I was not emotional at all!! I didn’t do anything and you threatened me to plead guilty to a felony!! You didn’t let me change lawyers because you couldn’t take that $30,000 from my parents!? Right?!?! You are a monster!! Stay at home forever!! Don’t ruin other peoples lives anyone!!!!

This lawyer made me locked in jail for 65 days for no reason. My family transferred them my bail $150,000 early March, hoping this lawyer bail me out ( this lawyer never tried to ask the judge lower bail $150,000 when he took over my case from public defender, he even said I couldn't post the bond be...cuae I am not an American, and I don't have estate in the usa, so I had my family transfer full bail to this lawyer). When this lawyer received $150,000 ( which was transferred to the lawyer's same bank account that $8000 lawyer fee was transferred to. But this lawyer told me bail $150,000 was transferred to their turst account.) They received the bail $150,000 on March 7th, and then this lawyer told me the officer in jail said I had an ice hold. So he didn't suggest bail me out, because I might not be allowed to go to court once i was sent to ice. And they let me sit in jail till this case over. ( somehow I felt they did whatever they could to keep me jail for some reason i didnt understand.) I insisted i wanted to be sent to ice. Then this lawyer told me $150,000 is not mine, that's my father's money. I had to ask my father. But they kepy telling my father ice is much worse than jail, my father is over 70 and not well educated. He trusted whatever the lawyer told him as if this lawyer can decide i am alive or dead. ( now when I think back, it's more like this lawyer "kidnapped" me and tried to control my father?!?!) And due to this lawyer's inexperience and ineffectiveness, he could not convince prosecutor, he asked me to plead guilty to another felony, unlawful imprisonment, which I didn't commit. While my original charge is stalking felony, and this is my first time jail. I've never had record, and he also agrees on no contact order for life, the victim's advicate asks for, he signed this no contact order for life on my behelf without having me read it nor my content before sentencing court. ( in this no contact order, it said I threat individual safety by possessing firearm or dangerous weapon, which is apparently false statement. But this lawyer signed the order for me anyway.) And the funny and meaningless thing to me is this lawyer asked for one month sentencing while I had been in jail for almost 4 months. ( my offend score is 0, and my sentencing is 1-3 months. So I couldn't help asking myself why he asked for this meaningless and funny deal?!?!) I was released right after sentencing. And now i still didn't know whether or not I really had ice hold. Because not anyone from ice talked to me when i was in jail. And I never got any papers from ice saying I had ice hold. Instead, I was released from jail right after sentencing. I didn't go to ice. This lawyer held on to my bail $150,000 from March 7th till April 27, ( they transferred $ 120,000 back to my family on my court date 4/27 i said to him and interpreter they kept the money $150,000 for almost 2 months, not return it back nor bail me out) now, they still hold $30,000 after i have been released for more than 2 weeks.

Sho is very professional in dealing with my case, in which I got a criminal charge, and the outcome was in my favor. He and his assistant is consistently prompt with answering phone calls, replying emails and contacting mental consulting program which is required in the case for me.
