Amazing

Ingrid Zerpa helped me immensely in two cases. One was a very serious DV situation and she showed me how to present the truth. This vindicated me and got me the protection needed-now for 50 years. She also helped me in my dissolution offer and getting the paperwork together to understand the process.... I’ve spent many hours with her and she has been what I needed, always. I only wish she did private practice still as there is more to be done. Thank you!

Compassionate and knowledgeable

I met with Ingrid for a single session and I was thoroughly impressed. Her compassion is clear from the first handshake. She had already done a little research between our initial call, and the meeting. She is knowledgeable about family law, and is honest about the other areas of law that she is not ...familiar with. She thought that I didn’t need more assistance right now, and told me when in the future that I would likely need a lawyer. She didn’t try to extend the appointment longer than necessary, and I would trust her to litigate for me in the future. What she covered in 20 minutes was quite a lot, and I now feel much better about my situation, and the possible outcomes.

Incredibly helpful

I tried handling my divorce on my own. With fighting my ex wife and her lawyer I felt like my hands were tied and didn't know what else to do. A friend recommeneded Ingrid to me and as soon as I brought her my case she was dealing with my ex-wife and her lawyer by the next day. It was a huge weight l...ifted off my shoulders when she took my case. She was friendly every time we spoke and promp with returning emails and phone calls. She always gave me good and sound advice and was promp with all of the processing. Her friendly and professional demeanor kept me calm and certain everything would be okay with such a stressful situation. I would highly recommend Ingrid to anyone who asks.

Ingrid is a very professional and personal attorney. I was lucky enough to have had her represent me in my family law case. She was honest and realistic with me the entire time I was trying to remove myself and my son from a domestic violence situation safely. At times I would get frustrated and feel... defeated. She was always there to reassure me of the process and laws surrounding the process. Unfortunately the family law system seems outdated, bias and not very well maintained. With odds stacked against me being a male Ingrid faught tooth and nail to ensure I got time I deserved with my child. What I appreciated the most about Ingrid is that she put me in my place when I needed it and wasn’t afraid to be honest with me making me understand when it’s time to fight and when it’s time to settle or take what we have. She didn’t Nickle and dime me at all. Not only did I hire an attorney but I gained a friend. You won’t regret her representation in the Thurston County family court.

Excellent service

When I needed some legal advice in a family law matter, I was referred to Ascher/Dento by a friend of my Son. I spoke with Ingrid and right away knew that she was caring, professional, and had my best interest at heart. Ingrid stayed with me for over a year on my case and was a tremendous help with w...hat I needed to accomplish. I would recommend Ingrid and her staff to anyone with a family law situation.
