A guy you'll need when no one else will help you.
Dave is a pretty basic guy. If you hire him, he'll tell you flat out. You have to help him help you. I ran into a lot of legal problems at once. Credit card, business stuff with people not paying, and divorce. He was a one man legal machine. He's honest but his bed side manner takes some getting used...

Seemed like a night in shining armour at a very stressful time, but BEWARE
David Koberlein took my divorce case when most other attorney's would not because I did not have the $5,000.00 retainer fee most required. Mr. Koberlein takes in on the "back end".... Client has received her paperwork and I have the UPS receipt to prove it. Client has been contacted in this matter and when I requested to speak with her on the phone she did not reply when I could contact her. Client does not disclose full account of what happened and I will not as it may violate confidentiality. Client made phone calls or text to my old number that I had believed I had informed her was no longer valid. Client does not state she had my email and mailing address and I did not for one reason or another receive the phone calls. So the client has back all of her personal information. Attorneys cannot disclose or misuse personal information and I have not. Client does not disclose that I went to her home multiple times to aid her in her case. Client does not disclose I picked her up from her home for the day of mediation, or any of the other times I met with her after that at her convenience, while not having received a notable fee and I did not charge for any of the driving to meet the client at her home or her end of town or transporting her to and from the mediation. Client does not disclose I handled a small claims matter for her in addition to her divorce which is in the public record. Client does not disclose, as is in the public record, that I was owed more than $5,000 and that she agreed I was owed it. Client does not disclose I took no collection effort for payment of my fee and waited till around December I believe to receive it and while I was waiting to receive it I was performing other legal services for her and speaking with her on the phone. Client does not disclose that she stated to me that she wished to have other counsel aid her in her other matters which led me to believe she was done contacting me and as such I put her documents into storage and safekeeping at my home office.
