David L. Burdett

I had gotten a dui charge and really did not know much about the process. I called David looking for legal counsel and representation with regards to this matter. From our initial meeting, up to trial and even after he has always been professional and understanding. He clearly knows his way around... the court room and has a personal and professional relationship with all of the important people at the courts. Because of his legal acumen and his relationship with the court David was able to get me the most favorable outcome that I could have ever hoped for. Because of this, if I ever find myself in a compromised legal position again or know Anyone who is, I would seek his counsel. He truly did a tremendous job and can't say enough about how he handled it from start to finish.

Mr. Burdett was a life saver for us! My daughter received a speeding ticket on her way to work which would have given her points on her license. We were desperate to see if her points could be reduced. I was facing 8/9 points after a minor traffic accident on PA Tpke, David spoke independently with both my wife and I and gathered as much information possible. David directed me to take steps and document them in preparation for my court appearance. David had good knowledge of the people we would be ...facing in court and was instrumental in obtaining an amazing outcome of two of three citations being dismissed and the third being reduced to non-points.

David Burdett represented me for a 5 point ticket. Even offered the service of appearing to court on my behalf. There was a scare at one point because I had a court date scheduled the following day and hadn't heard from anyone, so I decided to call the office to confirm they would represent me the fo...llowing day. It was a good thing I called because it turned out the secretary had mixed up dates and had my court date listed 1 month later than it actually was. He did contact me later that day though to confirm he was able to reschedule the court date. In the end, I had my 5 point ticket reduced to 0 points, so overall I'm pleased with the result.

David and his firm were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I was looking at 6 points on my license and a 90 day suspension and David was able to work with the police to not only get all of the points dropped but all 6 charges dropped as well.
