This lawyer is a crook. Left me high and dry. He went to my pre trial which resulted in a Subpoena for arraignment which he told me i didn't have to attend, and he would on my behalf. Guess what, he didn't attend either which resulted in a bench warrant. Then he wouldn't return my calls which there w...ere about 10-15. But when i called as a "new client" i got put right through. A world class scumbag. I don't understand what happened for it to come to this. Also don't believe his headshot, his lazy eye(which i have no issue with, but apparently he does) has been corrected.

I have a Legal Shield membership that gives me a discount for attorney fees, and Mr. Bonner took my case from Legal Shield. However, he does not return my calls or reply to my emails after he took the case. Also, he does not hand back the case to Legal Shield for another attorney to take over. I am ...not able to hire another attorney with the discount that Legal Shield offers because he is holding tight to the case while he does not want to communicate with me. Very very harmful.

James bonner seems to be a great “I want to help you lawyer in the beginning. I looked him up read the reviews and made the choice to contact his office to represent my husbands case. He said he could help so we signed all necessary papers, paid the fee to begin the process and shortly after it was h...ard to get in contact with the attorney, he didn’t have time to take a call or return calls before or after court. I wasn’t able to set up an appointment just to get an update. It was a lot of run around in that office. His secretary lied a few times about giving him messages to return calls and then played unaware that she didn’t know he didn’t call us. It was just way ti much and know I’m taking him to court. We basically fired him and he had not responded nor sent out a final bill or any money owed to us as noted via correspondence.

I live in NJ and I received a high points speeding ticket and careless driving ticket (possible suspension) while driving through PA. He is a very knowledgeable lawyer, with a background in the special victims response unit. It shows in his professionalism. His response and manners helped right away. Even my family noticed the difference in me after I spoke to him, a major stress reduction. Attorney Bonner took care of my case. I did not have to drive 2hrs each way. My results were no points on my records and fines were reduced. His fees are reasonable and worth every penny. It's surprising (and helpful) to come across a humble lawyer who actually provides customer service. If the lawyer you just spoke with didn't listen to you, do yourself a favor.
