Replied last March 28, 2019I am so glad that we were able to get you into the ARD program so that you could avoid a DUI conviction and a mandatory jail sentence. When you were denied ARD initially by the Northampton County DA's Office, we made sure to submit you for ARD reconsideration promptly. Best lawyer in town
He was up front and honest with me from the start. He took a careless driving in a active work zone and had it reduced to a to a disregard traffic lane. He got me zero points on my license and no license lost and fee was reduced as will.
