I had the unfortunate experience of working with Daniela Lazar from Envision Family Law, and I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with both her and the firm as a whole. Daniela was recently let go by the firm without more than a week’s notice to me, and the process has been a disaster from s...tart to finish. Here’s a breakdown of my experience, which I would not wish on anyone dealing with sensitive family law matters. First, communication with Daniela was nearly impossible. She was consistently unresponsive, with emails going unanswered for over a week at times. When I finally received responses, they were often unclear or didn’t address my questions, leaving me in the dark on how to handle situations or respond to the opposing party. On the rare occasion she did respond promptly, her guidance was vague, and there was little to no follow-up to ensure things were on track. In court, Daniela was beyond unprofessional. She struggled to keep basic facts about my case straight, often stumbling over her words and showing a lack of confidence. It was clear she was unprepared, unable to answer straightforward questions from the judge, and frequently failed to anticipate how her decisions would impact me and my family. This lack of preparation and focus caused immediate issues that I had to “just deal with” afterward, with no solutions offered. At one point, I tried to discuss my dissatisfaction with Daniela’s handling of the case, only for her to abruptly say she would be dropping me as a client. Within hours, she had filed to withdraw from my case, leaving me stranded. This kind of behavior shows a total lack of regard for clients and their situations. The firm itself was no better. When I requested a refund of my remaining balance after deciding I no longer wanted Daniela as my attorney, they sent the refund to an old account I hadn’t used in months. This mistake led to weeks of trying to recover my funds with zero support from the firm. They laughed it off like it was nothing more than a minor inconvenience and ignored my emails when I tried to address my concerns. After switching attorneys, I’ve been shocked at how poorly my case was handled under Daniela’s watch. Several attorneys I consulted were appalled by the amount of money I’d already spent with Envision Family Law and the disorganized state of my case. My new attorney accomplished more in one hearing than Daniela managed in three, with none of the mistakes or unprofessional conduct. This was a deeply disappointing experience, and I would never recommend Daniela Lazar as an attorney or Envision Family Law as a firm. I am honestly shocked that someone with such poor legal skills and a lack of professionalism is legally allowed to represent clients. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for a firm that takes both you and your case seriously.

I am a father of five wonderful children and a happily married man, residing in king county and Washington. My two oldest children lives with mother since birth . We never married but had those two children together. Over the years the mother of my children used them as a weapon against me . I had t...o follow her rules and obey her demands on the daily basis if I wanted to keep seeing my children or spend time with them . She would call the department of child support to demand increase of child support payment. She would threaten to end my current marriage and sabotage my family that I have right now ! So I decided to hire a lawyer to assist me with my situation . I love my children and I had not seeing them for 15 month . On my search of a lawyer I luckily ran into Daniela Lazaar about a year and half ago . She immediately pick my case after she professionally reviewed it and listen carefully on what I was going through regarding my two children.I had lost hope and didn’t think it was possible because of the intimidation and how crazy the mother of my children was acting up . Daniela Lazaar fought so hard with my case and I did not have to communicate with the mother of my children ever ! She handled her in a very professional way and put her in her place . Ms Daniela Lazaar made it clear when she started working with my case .” I will see my children “ and she absolutely delivered it in a way I never thought it was possible. Her understanding of the parenting cases processing ,the laws and knowledge are outstanding . It was rough to have the mother of my children to come to terms when Ms Lazaar started my case , but she never let up ! Not one bit . She kept fighting hard until when the mother of my children realized that she was going to lose the case in court and decided to sign the final order of parenting plan. I now have an established parenting plan and I get to see my children every other weekend like I requested and spend the holidays including my Father’s Day and their birthdays as well . I have unlimited access to call them and I don’t ever have to fear their Mother again because of threats and blackmail. I don’t have to Obey her or do things that I am not capable of doing anymore . I am happy and very grateful of her work. Truly appreciate her devotion on her area of expertise. She knows what she is doing and deliver what she promises. She won’t waste your time Daniela Lazaar trustworthy and professional lawyer.

Daniela Lazar is amazing! She helped me through a terrible time that I couldn’t have went through on my own. We went from having a restraining order pending against me from seeing my kids to having weekly visits of three days and two nights plus spilt holidays and split decisions! She works very hard... and cares highly about her clients, highly recommended.
