My friend hired Dan, and I observed all aspects of the case. I hired Daniel O'Phelan for my DUI case and he encouraged me to fight the charge after hearing my voice on the police recordings and how clear and non-slurring it was. I had no idea I could even fight the charge, but we did and prevailed. He proved to the jury I wasn't over the limit and the police d...ata-master machine was not operated correctly. He was amazing to see in the court room. So casual and in control the whole time. One thing he teaches you is that you have to just have patience with court system and realize everything moves super slow leading up to trial. Mine took 22 months to finally be over with. Don't make yourself a prisoner already before a verdict is given.

Love this guy! He was absolutely stupendous for my case. I had been fighting my particular case for weeks, on my own, getting absolutely nowhere. He was so sweet and attentive to my particular story, his intuition was spot on and he literally made one phone call and had my case pretty much resolved. ...I had my kids back within 24 hours, and the case was closed completely shortly thereafter. Now I can't guarantee that for every case, because I know some things take time, But I do know that he will do everything in his power to completely, thoroughly, and efficiently resolve each and every case that he chooses to take on. He is wonderful. Very sincere, professional, and incredibly genuine. After dealing with other lawyers in my past, I Highly recommend him above all others And if ever the situation would arise for me to use a lawyer in the future, I will have no hesitation to use him again.
