online store terms of use and privacy policy

Mr. Hofherr drafted and completed the terms of use and privacy policy for my online store. He was informative, prompt, detailed, and intuitive with what the documents need to contain. He was not only pleasant to talk to but, also very patient and considerate when responding to my questions or conce...rns. I thought that he went out of his way to make sure that my experience and the documents were excellent. I recommend him highly.

Real Estate Issue

Daniel Hofherr did an excellent job assisting us with a real estate matter. We recently purchased a home and believed there were latent defects covered up by the sellers. Daniel assisted us in this matter and we received compensation for the damages without going to litigation. Daniel was thorough an...d very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend his services.
