Smart, Driven, Dilligent Attorney

I have worked with Daniel in areas of community building, nonprofit management, and entertainment law. His thorough understanding of the legal aspects of these areas was well-complemented by his experience, innovation, and affability. He is not only thoughtful and meticulously well-prepared, Daniel a...lso excels at ensuring all parties have a clear and complete understanding of situations, options, and outcomes.

A lawyer worth your time and money!

Mr. Friedson worked with my company to create our operating agreement, set-up our LLC, and crafted promissory notes for our investors. Unlike other attorneys with whom I have associated, Mr. Friedson is very approachable. He made the "legal-ese" of our legal documents palatable and comprehendible for... a company of designers and architects - no small feat! He is easy to work with and is honest and fair.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
