I had the unfortunate luck of requiring a lawyer for two different reasons. The first is a minor traffic violation and the second getting a family member cleared of a felony charge. It is rare when you can come across any kind of lawyer that can handle any kind of case that brings comfort to a cl...ient during difficult times. Mr. Baek was that kind of lawyer. He took the time to explain the process to me rather than let my emotions run rampant and make things more complicated. He will take the time to answer any question you have so that there is no confusion and everything is made clear. It is of course an added plus when the outcomes were very favorable. But I absolutely recommend him for any need you may have.

Daniel has been in practice for many years which became very beneficial for me when I needed his advice in a real estate matter and a criminal defense matter. Daniel took the time to explain the law to me, while assuring me that he would be there to help all the way. As one of matters was civil... and the other was more litigation driven, I saw Daniel's proficiency in both areas of the law. He fought for me with the tenacity of a trial-ready attorney, and always displayed professionalism, courtesy and knowledge of a long practicing attorney. I am happy to say that my real estate transaction went smoothly and my criminal case was dealt with quickly and to my extreme satisfaction. I thank Daniel for everything that he did. After receiving consulting from the few of so-called "New York's pretty well known attorneys", I was quite disgusted. All they talked about was how much I should spend for the representation instead of how to work the situation. I was never able to find/talk to them on short notices. They weren't per...sonal. Only impression I received was that they just wanted my hard earned money. I was this close to throw in the towel and as the last hope I came to Daniel office since he was also well known in the community. From the get-go, he talked about the case and the situation I was in. For the first time, I was happy that someone didn't talk about how much I should spend on them. He knew his stuff very thoroughly from labor laws to litigation. He appeared to be very personal. I was able to reach him through email, text, phone calls, and whenever I needed to. Every time there was an update from the case, he immediately gave me the heads up so that I knew what to expect and how things were rolling. Reasonable price. When it comes down to experience, don't look at the number of years since the passing the bar exam, you gotta look at the number of cases the attorney successfully handled. I think that's how every attorney should be evaluated and Daniel was the right person for that reason. For the past year or so I spent with him dealing with my case, I couldn't be any happier. I wish him the best and I would without any hesitation recommend him to anyone who looks for legal advices, services and such.

Daniel Baek should just specialize in being a title clerk but not as an attorney. Found out the hard way entrusting him with a refinance and bankruptcy/or loan modification with multiple properties in NY and Florida with probate of the late father in laws will. Lacking the experience and not knowing ...when to shut up and listen will be his demise. Unless you need a title clerk, DO NOT ENTRUST Daniel Baek with even a minor traffic infraction. STAY AWAY!!! Initially thought that he had something to prove since he seemed like he just needed the chance to prove himself being a recent grad or just tired of working as a title clerk but the only thing he proved was being a crook, putting a time limitation on services rendered rather than fixing the problem he was hired for.
