Dear Dan, Thank you so much for the courage, compassion, clarity and conviction with which you spoke today on my behalf at Oral Arguments in front of Judge Tober. My family and I greatly appreciate all that you have been doing to help me regain what I should have never lost. In the 13-14 years that I have known you, this was the first time that I actually got to see you do your job in person. And I was impressed. Your arguments were substantive. The adversary couldn't refute what you said. Moreover, I thought your verbal skills outclassed Mia. It wasn't even close, Dan. Mia fumbled, stumbled, and made a colossal error for which she had to own and tell the judge that she misspoke. She was simply not prepared as well as you were, and she was shocked when you spoke so eloquently and in detail about Mikaela's good relationship with me that we've enjoyed over the years. The fact that the judge TWICE overruled Mia's objection to your arguments spoke and still speaks volumes, and I'm sure she will think about that over the weekend. Whatever happens in the judge's upcoming ruling, you did your job well today. Enjoy the weekend with your family, my friend. Ron
