Damon Parrish II

Mr. Parrish is a graduate of Houston Baptist University and Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. He is an active member of professional organizations, including the Houston Bar Association, and the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association. He also joins with Ms. Clausell in the “Ask A Lawyer” community legal education program providing legal education to citizens in the areas of juvenile justice and other general criminal matters.

His practice areas include Criminal Law and Juvenile Crimes. He focuses his law practice on criminal matters in state courts and criminal administrative proceedings. Mr, Parrish has handled a number of cases and has, successfully represented numerous parties in their quest to maintain their parolee status and avoidance of a DWI/DUI conviction.

He assists in Class A Misdemeanors (e.g. resisting arrest, burglary of a vehicle, stealing checks, and violation of a protective order), Class B Misdemeanors (e.g. harassment, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct with a firearm, and criminal trespass), or Class C Misdemeanors (e.g. assault, bail jumping, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct (no firearm), DUI by minor, failure to identify, hot checks, minor in possession, and public intoxication). Damon also represents clients who have First, Second or Third Degree Felonies, such as Robbery, Burglary, Theft, Fraud, and Forgery.

Mr. Parrish is also a host of Reasonable Doubt, a show producd by the Harris County Criminal Lawyer Association (HCCLA) with emphasis on criminal justice issues.
