I have been an educator for over 30 years and never had a grievance filed against me by anyone. My evaluations have always been positive. I felt I was being targeted and thrown under the bus when I was reassigned with no specific reason before an investigation was done. I thought this only happened... when you were a threat to and/or injured a child (which was not the case). Cynthia contacted me in a timely manner and patiently listened to my story. I am taking time to write a much deserved 5 stars rating ! I found myself in a very difficult situation when my spouse filed for divorce. I was in shock/confused myself for a while. She asked me what I wanted and walked through scenarios with me to make sure I understood possible outcomes. She also saw things that I didn't, and her input was extremely valuable. She was able to set a strategy and a budget that provided a clear path. I was reassured by her forward thinking and her contingency plans - and her experience in a variety of legal matters. She could provide broad perspective and understanding based upon her experiences. Her very solid reputation is well deserved. She kept me up to date on what was happening.
