Cynthia Anne Figueroa

Ms. Figueroa did an amazing job for me and my son in a really frightening situation. My spouse left me and went into hiding with our son or many months. I had no idea where they were, and because we were still married, the police would not help. Ms. Figueroa stepped in and turned the case around. ... We found my son ! Ms. Figueroa worked many long hours to make sure that my son and I were reunited and stayed united. A lot of difficult things happened and she stood beside us and made sure that I got everything that I was entitled to. She even went to hearings to make sure I didn’t pay too much for fees assigned by the court. She never lost a hearing to opposing counsel. She went the extra mile - the extra 100 miles for us. She is smart and kind and she really cares. My son is doing great now, and I can tell you that I don’t think there is another attorney in the world that would have worked this hard for us.

I am taking time to write a much deserved 5 stars rating ! I found myself in a very difficult situation when my spouse filed for divorce. I was in shock/confused myself for a while. A friend/mentor recommended Cynthia to me. Ms. Figueroa met with me right away - even though it was a weekend, due t...o an urgent matter. And she worked smart - and strategically. She asked me what I wanted and walked through scenarios with me to make sure I understood possible outcomes. She also saw things that I didn't, and her input was extremely valuable. She was able to set a strategy and a budget that provided a clear path. I was reassured by her forward thinking and her contingency plans - and her experience in a variety of legal matters. She could provide broad perspective and understanding based upon her experiences. Her very solid reputation is well deserved. She kept me up to date on what was happening. And she really pushed to get things resolved. I found myself comfortable and relieved in a very hard time of my life thanks to Ms. Figueroa. She has put me on solid ground for the next chapter of my life !!!
