Thoroughly Reviews the Situation and Offers the Best Outcomes

My experience with Mr. Shapiro has been excellent. At the beginning of the case, Mr. Shapiro helped me to understand where we were at, describe the playing field in detail, and offer an initial strategy that was guarded but hopeful. He helped me to organize all of the information I had and form a p...lan of attack for resolving the situation. His communication was always easy to understand, and he broke things down in laymen terms. As the case continued, he kept me as informed as I wished at every step. The only downside is that I wished I had hired him sooner for my particular situation. I appreciate all of the effort Mr. Shapiro spent on the matter at hand.

Professional providing timely results

A surprising, shocking actually, judgement on the title of my home for over $63,000 popped up. I had proudly paid off my mortgage over a year earlier. I was referred to Craig Shapiro for help. It was truly incredible how quickly he resolved this. He was in contact with me often with updates. He ...was professional and clearly explained the process and possibilities of how it could be resolved. I'm grateful for his work and so glad I was given his name as a resource.

Posted by Dwanna | July 09, 2025 | Hired Attorney | Foreclosure

How my housing dilemma was resolved.

I can't thank my attorney enough for the incredible job he did in helping me prevent the foreclosure of my property. From our first conversation, Mr. Shapiro was knowledgeable, compassionate, and completely committed to my case. He took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all ...my questions patiently, and made sure I fully understood my options. His expertise and persistence were key in negotiating a solution that protected my home and gave me peace of mind. What could have been a devastating experience turned into a manageable one because I had the right person in my corner. I truly felt like more than just a client — I felt supported every step of the way. If you're facing foreclosure or dealing with any kind of property-related legal issue, I wholeheartedly recommend attorney Craig Shapiro . His professionalism, dedication, and results speak for themselves. Thank you again for everything!

Couldn't recommend enough

Mr. Shapiro got me the result I was looking for and took the weight of my case completely off my shoulders from day one. When I was wrongfully sent to collections for someone else's debt, I was so stressed. But as soon as Mr. Shapiro took my case, I was able to let all the angst go and just trust tha...t I have an incredible advocate in my corner handling it for me. Honestly I couldn't recommend Mr. Shapiro enough if you also find yourself a victim of consumer foul play. Not only did he achieve my goals for my case, he also thoughtfully counseled me through the whole process and always was available to answer questions, no matter how big it small. He told my story in a way that helped me feel vindicated, too. I am walking forward from my case, with my settlement, feeling grateful and satisfied, victor not victim!

So thorough ....

Mr Shapiro was informative from the very beginning in explaining how a suit would work. There was never any pressure put on me, as he handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. I was kept informed, and if I had any questions or concerns, they were always answered within the day and in ...a very respectful and kind manner. He remained consistent in that manner until the successful outcome was reached! If you could hand pick an attorney for yourself, Mr Shapiro would meet all your needs. I highly recommend hiring him to represent your interest!

"If you are being bullied and harassed by your creditors, there is no better attorney to have on your side than Craig Shapiro. Craig is a knowledgeable, dilligent, and aggressive protector of consumer rights. Over the past 4 years, I have witnessed him go toe to toe with the biggest banks in the country. He is thoroughly versed in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the North Carolina Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act (UDTPA). You have rights you probably don't even know about. Craig knows. If you're being stepped on, beat down, and want to fight back, give Craig a call."
