Craig S. Bonnell

I wish Craig can and had done what I hired him for. Had it not been for a previous secretary of his doing the work she did and fighting for me, I wouldn't be where I am in the court's eyes. However, He has done nothing since to get my kids returned to me nor will even return my phone calls or emails.... Here we are 4 years later, I still don't have my kids returned to me, get to see or talk to them. This was all on false allegations using a fake therapist to help the other attorney get where he is. All I want is for Craig to do his job and have my kids returned to me.

If I could give “0” stars I would!! This attorney is by far the worst attorney you could hire. Time and time again I was lied to. He went as far as telling ME that the judge was in HIS office as we spoke on March 26, 2020 finalizing my QDro paperwork that I have been waiting on since January 2019. T...his phone call was a shock to me because all the other failed attempt he actually answered his phone when I called. I have been nothing but understanding with him. He kept losing his help.. geez I wonder why??? I am done being nice! This guy is keeping me from over $20,000! In court mediation room my ex’s attorney and mine kept going back and fourth. What I had agreed to in that room wasn’t what I got. They told me to leave the courthouse that everything was taken care of. Mind you I had flown in from out of state to attend this hearing to grant divorce. After I left I was told I needed to appear before the judge. I am beyond sick over this matter it has caused me many sleepless night. I could go on and on to how many attempts I’ve made to resolve my problem. Mr. Bonnell just doesn’t care! Save yourself the trouble! Use another attorney!! Do your research I wish I would had! If you’re reading this Craig you should be ashamed of yourself! I’m not sure how you can even sleep at night with all the people you have screwed over! I showed you empathy!

I hired Mr. Bonnell as my divorce attorney in July 2018. During the course of almost 2 years, I met with him twice. I would call him to find out the status of my divorce, but the secretary was never able to tell me where I was in the process. I paid Mr. Bonnell all the monies requested, but the servi...ce he provided me was very poor and I was dissatisfied with him. I since have fired him as my attorney, however, he refused to meet with me, email or contact me by phone. He only responds to me via texts. I have contacted the State Bar of Ga concerning this matter because I have requested some of my monies back, but he disputes what I paid him. He had a software program called Mycase where I would log in to my account to make my payments. However, I have been forbidden access to it. I would not recommend him to my family or friends!

I went with Craig on two different cases ... needless to say both of them ended with out him doing what he said he was going to do. He did not try and put up a fight of any kind ... and fail to get back with other lawyer ... and never got back with me on the final orders of any the two cases.. Will n...ot be using him again...

I retained Mr Bonnell in 2015 when my husband of 17 years blindsided me,our infant daughter and 3yr old son with a divorce out of the blue.i was a sahm for the first time and he ran off with his secretary , took me off all finances and left me literally running a tab for milk at our corner store . Cr...aig took my case and after 9 months of no contact , nearly on the streets , he got us in front of the judge and I was awarded C's and alimony etc. The next two years my ex showed his true colors and dragged my name and all we had built together thru the mud and fought me for custody of the kids he abandoned. Craig laid out my case and got me double what the temporary orders were, along with all I needed to secure a new start for my now family of three .he had a hard case as my ex was literally making up new stuff daily. I often got frustrated because Craig wouldn't call me back or junk as soon as I said too but as each court date came and went I sat in awe of the legal representation I had because he was a Savage and he truly belongs in the court, he's the perfect Attorney because not only does he fight for your needs, he's a FAIR man and knows the laws and helps you to understand what usually happens and keeps your expectations realistic . He fought our last trail with so much confidence and calm I knew I was winning long before the ruling ,I will sing his praises and keep him for all my legal needs craig has a great office staff and Kathy became like a shoulder to lean on giving me hope when I felt like it would never end . This man deserves to be recognized and I owe him more than I could ever repay,he got my life back and he gave my kids and myself a new start , if u need one, He is the one to hire no matter what your legal needs are!
