Craig S. Bonnell

Does not return phone calls, texts, or emails until he wants to leaving you desperate when you're going through so many issues you need answers for legally. Not a child advocate and throws you under the bus. Wouldnt even accept back and white proof of evidence. Saw judge in chambers without client an...d gave erroneous information. Couldn't keep the facts straight.

Mr. Bonnell is amazing. He is a knowledgeable, compassionate and professional attorney,  and I would recommend him to anyone in need of legal assistance. It may seem he is not working on your case, or communicating,  but he really is working for you.  He will communicate when needed (we all like ...to think attorneys work JUST for us, when they really do have many clients). He managed a very difficult, complex custody case for my wife and I, and really pulled out all the stops to make a win for us.

I wish Craig can and had done what I hired him for. Had it not been for a previous secretary of his doing the work she did and fighting for me, I wouldn't be where I am in the court's eyes. However, He has done nothing since to get my kids returned to me nor will even return my phone calls or emails.... Here we are 4 years later, I still don't have my kids returned to me, get to see or talk to them. This was all on false allegations using a fake therapist to help the other attorney get where he is. All I want is for Craig to do his job and have my kids returned to me.

I retained Mr Bonnell in 2015 when my husband of 17 years blindsided me,our infant daughter and 3yr old son with a divorce out of the blue.i was a sahm for the first time and he ran off with his secretary , took me off all finances and left me literally running a tab for milk at our corner store . Cr...aig took my case and after 9 months of no contact , nearly on the streets , he got us in front of the judge and I was awarded C's and alimony etc. The next two years my ex showed his true colors and dragged my name and all we had built together thru the mud and fought me for custody of the kids he abandoned. Craig laid out my case and got me double what the temporary orders were, along with all I needed to secure a new start for my now family of three .he had a hard case as my ex was literally making up new stuff daily. I often got frustrated because Craig wouldn't call me back or junk as soon as I said too but as each court date came and went I sat in awe of the legal representation I had because he was a Savage and he truly belongs in the court, he's the perfect Attorney because not only does he fight for your needs, he's a FAIR man and knows the laws and helps you to understand what usually happens and keeps your expectations realistic . He fought our last trail with so much confidence and calm I knew I was winning long before the ruling ,I will sing his praises and keep him for all my legal needs craig has a great office staff and Kathy became like a shoulder to lean on giving me hope when I felt like it would never end . This man deserves to be recognized and I owe him more than I could ever repay,he got my life back and he gave my kids and myself a new start , if u need one, He is the one to hire no matter what your legal needs are!

We hired Mr Bonnell on a custody case involving our two granddaughters. Every time we went to court we had a loaded gun. Meaning we had what we needed to win our case hands down. But the Judge didn't think so. Mr Bonnell refused to go down like that. He fight harder and harder every time we went to... court. Well it paid off because we have custody of our granddaughters. Our granddaughters that we helped our son that had full custody raise until he passed away. Well Ga law is they go to the other parent. Even thou their mother wasn't in their life due to being incarcerated, she still was granted custody of our granddaughters. After having so much proof when going into court and still losing was very frustrating. Mr Bonnell never quit fighting. He fought until we won. Mr Bonnell is a very busy and hard working man. When you think he's not doing nothing or it seems like he's not working on your case the chances are he really is. Everything he does and the way he does it is for a reason. He now handles any and everything of ours thats got to do with court. My family and Mr Bonnell has became close since our custody case. He's like family.
