Biography
I truly enjoy my work as an attorney and business owner. There is great satifaction in helping clients obtain the assistance they need.
My prior career as a CPA has given me the ability to quickly understand a person's finances and how they can best benefit under the bankruptcy laws or whether they can qualify for a loan modification to save their home.
My prior experience as a litigation attorney gives me the ability to aggressively fight for clients to obtain the best possible settlement or punish a bad acting creditor. I've taken cases to trial before and will readily go there again if that's what it takes to win.
I place great emphasis on customer service, and that is why I personally meet with every potential client during our free initial consultation. I also personally work on and manage your case the entire way through. When you need to reach me, I am just a phone call or email away.
I know that a working client can't always meet during normal business hours, and that is why I make myself available as early as 7 a.m., after 5 p.m. and on Saturdays. Sundays are strictly family time.
Although I love being a lawyer, my family is most important. I have a beautiful wife and 2 kids, and I enjoy spending my free time with them. We like to travel and spend time with friends.
