No one's goal is to be in legal trouble but I got lucky with Shelburn. I chose Mr. Shelburn because of his introduction letter he mailed to me outlining what was currently happening and how he would handle the case. He was the only one out of the slew of letters that I received that looked like he ...had reviewed my case instead of just sending me a generic letter. After calling the office and talking to Chris directly I decided to go with his office for my DUI case. We discussed all of my options and with his experience, went over everything that I would need to do and time frames so that my life wasn't too affected by my case. Because of this, I knew exactly what was going to happen and there were no surprises with my case. The case kept being deferred but he would let me know when I was needed in person for the proceedings. The outcome of the case was a full dismissal. I hire Chris at the end of 2013 for a DWLR. Actually met him outside of the courtroom right before it was time for me to go in. He went in for me, got it continued, and got me off, even after I got pulled again will going to work with no license. Does excellent work to say the least. -God is good...!

Shelburn is the man. He had my DWI, my wreckless driving, and my speeding charges dismissed. I also had a separate wreckless driving ticket, which he had reduced to a speeding fine. He also works with you, your budget and your schedule. His office set me up with a payment plan for my dWI and he even got me an extension on paying that speeding ticket. I thought I was for sure going to be found guilty for my DWI. Shelburn asked me questions and found illegalities with my arrest . He told me "don't worry, we are going to win this." And we did. He knows what he's doing.
