Christopher A Carrion

I hired Mr. Carrion as he sounded intelligent and repeatedly said "I will fight for you" and "I’m here to win". Well, once he received the retainer money, Mr. Carrion transformed into a different persona altogether. You can't get a call or meeting, in fact, it took him more than a week (and repea...ted requests) just to forward an email that contains the Court Order! Not surprisingly, I had to fire Mr. Carrion. I went to arbitration with the New York County Lawyer Association (NYCLA) to get my retainer fees back from Mr. Carrion as he was horribly unhelpful (and in fact done big dis-service) for my legal case. And the NYCLA ruled Carrion is to pay my retainer back. But after a month Carrion still refuses to acknowledge any communications either from the NYCLA or me to payback the retainer money. Even though Mr. Carrion couldn't be bothered to do anything for my case, he put in *enormous* energy and hours and hours of emails and spent weeks to preparation for the fee disputing process, yet he still lost. Why would anyone want to hire this incompetent attorney? Discharge Mr. Carrion from my case was one of the best things I ever did for my case. He's consistently displayed his rudeness, lazyness, incompetency, and lack of legal knowledge.

First of all, getting charged for a DWI is stressful, humiliating, and definitely traumatizing. It didn't allow me to continue with my career but thanks to Christopher A Carrion now I am. He cares about his clients and not only was he my attorney but I feel like sometimes he was also my counselor bec...ause he was empathetic. He tries his hardest to do what is best for his clients and with his perseverance that is how he was able to change my plea from a DWI to a Disorderly Conduct. With the combination of Christopher's knowledge and perseverance he managed to successfully get my second degree assault charges dropped.
