Charles H. Montgomery

Charles Montgomery was an ineffective lawyer. I must agree with the other reviews, his rates are high. He did not represent me well. He did not argue my case well. He asked pointless and ineffective questions of my X at the mediation. He did not follow my direct instructions on many occasions.... When I questioned him he told me I could get another lawyer. That was a week before our mediation. I could have done better on my own and been further ahead. He also mislead me on many occasions in the process for my case.

I employed Mr Montgomery for a simple divorce case. His fees were exorbitant. Employing Mr. Montgomery was detrimental to my case. Mr Montgomery is an extremely ineffective negotiator who is frequently out-witted by less experienced lawyers. Mr Montgomery is an expensive and very very slow l...awyer who will over charge you and under-deliver - bottom line : Expensive & ineffective
