Mr. Montgomery is an excellent lawyer who I would recommend to anyone dealing with a divorce. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to cut to the chase and get things done. What made the dif...ference was that he is very experienced and takes a common sense approach. This helped me get through a messy situation without doing things that would have hurt my case. I employed Mr Montgomery for a simple divorce case. His fees were exorbitant. Employing Mr. Montgomery was detrimental to my case. Mr Montgomery is an extremely ineffective negotiator who is frequently out-witted by less experienced lawyers.
