Avoid Charles H. Montgomery of Cary, NC
Charles Montgomery was an ineffective lawyer. I must agree with the other reviews, his rates are high. He did not represent me well. He did not argue my case well. He asked pointless and ineffective questions of my X at the mediation. He did not follow my direct instructions on many occasions....
