Got the job done right

We hired Carolyn to re-write our Separation Agreement after another (well known) local mediator caused our divorce to be denied by the judge. Carolyn confidently helped us get back on track by rewriting the agreement; she was professional, friendly, articulate, and was respectful to BOTH parties.

Fabulous attorney

I've had such a positive experience working with Carolyn that I've hired her twice - once to review my separation agreement and the second time to discuss and advise me regarding child support guidelines. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very personable. I highly recommend her and wo...uld hire her again in a heartbeat!

Excellent Divorce Representation

Attorney Carolyn Mitchell provided excellent advice and representation on how to proceed the most effectively with my divorce. She was welcoming in our initial in-take interview to me and my parents who accompanied me to provide support. Ms Mitchell drafted all the necessary paperwork for a join...t petition and handled all the correspondence with my former spouse in a timely and professional manner. Despite the fact he did not hire an attorney and choose to represent himself, Carolyn guided the both of us fairly and efficiently through the process in spite of my former's spouse occasional hostility. I felt very well represented at court the day of the divorce because Carolyn had been very clear on what I could expect from the court and judge. I thought what could have been a very unpleasant and stressful experience was actually made bearable by Attorney Carolyn Mitchell's professionalism.

Highly recommend Carolyn

My ex and I used Carolyn for divorce mediation and found her to be excellent. She was knowledgeable, professional, and helped make the process as smooth as it could be!

Excellent service in a difficult time

Carolyn was a perfect mediator. She was objective and kind, demonstrated great care and empathy to both parties. She facilitated difficult conversations in an efficient manner to ensure we were able to maximize each appointment. She was respectful of our desire to see a quick but thorough resolution.... I think her proximity to the courthouse and connections within the Worcester probate court are invaluable. I have recommended her mediation services with confidence to others in my network.
