I needed a lawyer, and found this one online. Her first communication with me was to express surprise that anyone had contacted her. (I probably should have known then.) She wanted to meet at my house, as she apparently has no office? I had a very simple, breach of contract case for her, but I also w...ondered whether there could be a lawsuit based on the suffering it had caused. I was expecting to try to regain the $2400 someone owed me. I had piles of documents backing my claim. Caroline told me that booty only could she get the money I was owed, but that she was going to sue for $40,000! That was pretty exciting for a moment. Then, she spent the next 6 months totally wasting my time, incapable of following even a simple timeline of events, unable to remember or keep track of even the most basic details of my case, and just wasted and wasted both my time and my effort. I was doing ALL the work, and she wasn't even reading the evidence stream. In the end, she was so incompetent that it was staggering. She mis-remembered even the reason why I'd sought her assistance in the first place. Yikes.
