Adversely advised that I had to waive my medical mileage reimbursement, that had not been paid in 10 years in order to get an 18k advance, on the 60k the ins. co. owed me. In the ...email to the defense she told them this would save THEM alot of money. Knowingly was overpaid 26k ordered in the Findings & Award dated 3-04-09 that I didn't rec. until 3-09-10. Now this law firm on their retainer has clients signing off 25% of their settlement! My case is a mess due to her negligence in obtaining tangible proof of fictitious paymts, (cks issued then immediately stopped) and thousands are being credited to the defense that they NEVER paid.
