Kimberley Jean Pryor

By the time my case was given to Kimberley it had been over 7 years and at least 5 attorneys. I really felt like no one really cared what I was going through. Once Kimberley took my case she dedicated herself to it. I was informed about everything that was going on and I could finally see things mo...ving. Kimberley always told me if I ever needed her she was just a phone call away and she meant it! Any issue I had come up, Kimberley was on top of it. It only took Kimberley 2 years to finally settle my case. I couldn't be more happy and satisfied with Kimberley, she is an amazing attorney with so much knowledge and I would recommend if you need someone on your side who will fight for you and not just in words but in actions pick Kimberley Pryor!

Kimberley Pryor is an amazing lawyer! My poor husband has had years of dealing with a horrible Worker's Comp Lawyer and I found Kimberley through some extremely positive reviews on Yelp. She gave us hope again and put my Husband on the right track with getting the right Doctors and getting him help... and compensation - finally someone who is in our corner! She definitely goes above and beyond and I am so glad we found her.

She always had someone else talk to me to relay messages, therefore, the messages would be he said she said. She wouldn't respond to emails, I would have to call & tell the receptionist she wasn't responding to my emails. When I did talk to her she'd talk fast so I really couldn't understand her.I ha...d two previous attorney's & went to that office as a referral for another attorney but chanced it with her. Bad choice. For the fee she made off my case I feel was to much for the help she assisted me with. She got me only what the company was offering. Sorry if my opinion is included but it's the truth, I don't recommend her to anyone.

Did not address issues timely, which resulted in monetary loss due to statute of limitations. Did not return phone calls. Adversely advised that I had to waive my medical mileage reimbursement, that had not been paid in 10 years in order to get an 18k advance, on the 60k the ins. co. owed me. In the ...email to the defense she told them this would save THEM alot of money. Knowingly was overpaid 26k ordered in the Findings & Award dated 3-04-09 that I didn't rec. until 3-09-10. Now this law firm on their retainer has clients signing off 25% of their settlement! My case is a mess due to her negligence in obtaining tangible proof of fictitious paymts, (cks issued then immediately stopped) and thousands are being credited to the defense that they NEVER paid.
