I'm a 28 year litigation attorney handling cases in the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout California. I have two blogs: , and .
My practice areas are:
1. Trust, estate, will, probate, conservatorship, elder abuse and nursing home litigation, and representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contentious administrations.
2. Civil litigation - commercial/business, personal physical and mental/brain injury, vehicle and truck accidents, real estate, environmental, products liability and professional liability (trustee, accountant, D&O and real estate broker).
