I hired Ms Turner to help with a case against a contractor who did not finish a job on my house but had received money up front. On our first court date she was late stating she had just flown in. I showed have noted that as a red flag then. My case was ordered to go to state court due to the amoun...t that was asked to retrieve. I paid Ms. Turner the fee to proceed with the case for the higher court. I kept reaching out to Ms Turner after a couple of months because I had not heard anything else. Ms. Turner never returned my calls nor responded to any emails or voicemails. After numerous attempts I consulted with another lawyer. The other lawyer advised me that after calling the court house that my case has been dismissed due to Ms. Turner not showing up to a court date that I was never informed about. So here I am, house still not completed, money taken from me from the contractor as well as Ms. Turner. Ms. Turne truly ghosted me. Please save your time and money. Runnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!

I hired Mrs Turner to handle my divorce which followed a long separation. After my ex husband did all he could to make this experience nasty, Mrs Turner ensured that I would get what I was legally entitled to and made the custody battle as pleasant as one could hope for. She was personable and made s...ure her assistant kept me abreast of the progress. Hopefully I won’t need an attorney again, but she will be my only call.

I reached out to Ms. Turner to discuss my husband's case. He was given a 10-year sentence and had already served four by the time I had reached out to her. I wanted to discuss the possibility of a sentence reduction and I wanted to know if this was even possible for him. She stated that she would hav...e to review his case and will only discuss with me if it was an option if I paid $500. If the reduction was possible the $500 would go towards the future services and it had to be paid prior to meeting. I paid the money and we scheduled a meeting. When I arrived to her office building, security advised me that she and her firm were no longer occupying the suite in that building. When I tried calling her the number was no longer in service so I had to resort to emailing her in a panic. Eventually, she sent one of her collegues downstairs to get me. It turns out that they were moving from that space to another space or at least that's what she said. Her appearance was very unprofessional and I knew instantly felt uneasy but I had already paid so we proceeded with the meeting. She did give great information and answered all of my questions. I tried following up with her after that meeting several times by phone and email and she nor anyone from her staff would return my call or email me back. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and she and her staff are very unprofessional. I have left lots of voicemail and sent tons of emails with no response and this was back in September of 2019. I am writing this review to save the next family from unnecessary stress and loss of money. I am now out $500 with no progress.
