Brittany Ann Berkey

I am so thankful that I was represented by Ms. Berkey through the dissolution of an unregistered domestic partnership to arbitration. All along the way Ms Berkey was 5 steps ahead. At times I had trouble seeing the logic in some decisions, but lo and behold, a lot of family law is like playing chess...... And Ms Berkey is an expert player, knowledgable, trustworthy, well respected and most of all, an incredible advocate in the face of off-the-wall situations. (I should say my ex is a bit crazy.) What I also respect is that Ms Berkey has a strong sense of community involvement both professionally and personally. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends or others for family law.
