Biography
I have represented landlords, corporations, partnerships, individuals, creditor committees, and bankruptcy trustees. My practice has focused on complex bankruptcy and bankruptcy related litigation, debtor and creditor rights, commercial litigation, corporate transactions, and real estate.
I was lead counsel to the trustee in the Solomon Dwek bankruptcy proceeding where I assited the trustee prosecute more than $100 million in ponzi scheme litigation claims; sell approximately 300 commercial, industrial, and residential real estate. I also negotiated, drafted and help confirm a plan of liquidation of the massive estate that was unanimously accepted by creditors.
I have helped reorganize numerous organizations in the restaurant, chemical, metal, retail, fashion, technology and other industries and successfully represented hundreds of individuals through the bankruptcy process.
