Informative and honest attorney

Mr Daughtery was able to get my PDP, POM, and PCS 2nd degree charges dismissed. I had to pay court costs, attend one 4 hour marijuana class, and complete 10 hours of community service. I completed everything and Mr Daughtery went back and had those charges expunged from my record. When I called att...orneys, all of them quoted me a flat rate without knowing my background or what they could offer me. Mr Daughtery looked up my background before giving me a price quote and was able to explain to me what he thought he could get done with my case.

My daughter made some bad choices that resulted in an arrest with several charges and court hearings. We hired Brendan who was recommended by a friend that is an attorney also. He went above and beyond to help us. He recommended asking for charges to be expunged once case had been resolved. I would n...ot have ever thought of that. Also the day we had to pay fines the weather was horrible and had been snowing and icing. The folks at the window were having problems getting fines straight. He walked from his office over to court house to help with the process in person. That meant so much. I will not ever forget that. Also he communicated with us on a regular basis.

Fast and efficient

I had a case that was 5 years old. Mr. Daughter we was able to get my case dismissed with the condition that I complete a class. Also mr. Daughter is working on doing some expungement for me on my record. Very affordable and fast.
