Ashok John Pathi

Our family has worked with Ashok on more than one occasion and we cannot say enough positive things about him. Not only is he incredibly thorough, but what we appreciated the most about working with him is how he is able to keep his 'lawyer hat' on at all times while still being empathetic in emotion...ally-charged scenarios. Ashok is kind, passionate, and committed to his work. He is highly professional, articulate, and trustworthy. When I consulted with Ashok Pathi, I had little hope my child would graduate High School. After Mr. Pathi reviewed my child's rather large and detailed file, he provided excellent advice as to how to proceed. I was impressed with his ability to quickly understand the detailed assessments and evalua...te the IEPs. He definitely knows his stuff. He always kept me up to date and provided the highest quality representation. As he articulated my position well, and we were able to work out an equitable resolution regarding my child's school placement. Now, I am confident my child will receive the best education possible and eventually a HS diploma.

Special education is a touchy subject and to have someone support you through due process with the school district is imperative.
