Ashok John Pathi

When I consulted with Ashok Pathi, I had little hope my child would graduate High School. After Mr. Pathi reviewed my child's rather large and detailed file, he provided excellent advice as to how to proceed. I was impressed with his ability to quickly understand the detailed assessments and evalua...te the IEPs. He definitely knows his stuff. He always kept me up to date and provided the highest quality representation. As he articulated my position well, and we were able to work out an equitable resolution regarding my child's school placement. Now, I am confident my child will receive the best education possible and eventually a HS diploma.

Special education is a touchy subject and to have someone support you through due process with the school district is imperative. I always, she still do, feel like I can contact Ashok and his office and get help, guidance and advice. Ashok made this difficult experience a little easier and I apprec...iate that immensely.

Ashok gave my son a chance to succeed. It is difficult to express in words how grateful our family is for having met Ashok. He alleviated the stress that we have gone through the last four years and provided my son an opportunity. He guided us through this process, took on our burden, answered every ...question, dealt with every e-mail, and ultimately got our son more than what we were asking for. We will forever remember Ashok and what he gave our family.
