This is an unfair, false and possibly defamatory review of our office. We respectfully request its prompt removal. This is an anonymous review so we cannot know who left it, however, we encourage you to contact us to discuss these concerns immediately and we can and will with polite exchange address your concerns fairly. We have a system we are very proud of in place where, on an on-going basis every single document including without limit every court hearing and deadline notice that ever comes into or out of our office concerning this and all other files: is scanned into our system and timely transmitted to the client. There is no exception to this rule and all clients have a parallel file in digital real time to match ours. This includes good and bad news, without deviation, the delivery includes instructions as to various categories; FYI (for your information only, Appointment Notice (schedule a phone, physical live, or ZOOM appointment ASAP, or Schedule Event Notice (hearing meet with us prior to court date or document deadline. The client receives all documents concerning their case. All clients are also sent an appointment notice to make an appointment prior to a hearing or court date to prepare for the hearing and to get updates. Administrative staff take all messages and transmits them to the attorney. The attorney then returns the telephone call. Our offices have been serving the needs of those in Lawrence County and surrounding areas for 30 plus years. We take great pride in the assistance we offer to our clients. We have countless clients that we have assisted over the years who are most pleased with our services. We stand by our practices and procedures to best assist out clients. During our free consultation we include all of this in client orientation including: a thorough analysis of an action plan including procedures, start date, completion date, broken into phases to help the cost (immediate, intermediate, long range, chances of success (CBA) cost benefit analysis and at least two payment options by cash, check, and/or card. During orientation we also caution we cannot guarantee under any circumstances any possible result and any projection given is based on how truthful the client was as to what happened and evidence available. Also, we encourage appointments and discourage firing off e-mails like using a drive up window for fast food. This client likely violated all of our terms of representation.
