Spoke with this guy for 3 minutes on teh phone before he demanded $15,000 retainer without explanation or justification, evidently sensing an opportunity to exploit a client in a vulnerable position. Provided no opportunity to understand his qualifications, competence, experience, or personality. Poi...soned the well immediately. He made a big fuss about how urgent and time sensitive the matter was, strong-armed me into engaging him, and then proceeded to produce notiong until hours before deadline. He seemed reasonably competent in execution, but I definitely did not appreciate his bullying style. We did not part ways amicably.

Andy helped us with our mortgage paperwork / the mortgage process and we could not have been more pleased. Not only was he detailed and thorough but he regularly talked us through things whenever we needed him (which could sometimes be late at night because we work late) in a calm and non-judgmental ...manner. I would recommend Andy in a heartbeat. He made the process of buying our first home so much easier. We can't wait to work with him again!
